PadeLMQ Shipping & Returns Policy
At PadeLMQ we strive to provide a smooth and customer-focused experience . Below you will find our full shipping and returns policy so you know what to expect when ordering or returning products.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery times
- Ordered before 1:00 PM = Shipped today , normally delivered the next working day.
- Ordered before 2pm = Shipped today , usually delivered within 3-5 business days .
- Exception on delivery times : During busy periods (November to end of January) delivery time may vary from 1 to 7 working days .

Combination of different delivery times :
- If your order contains products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will be used.
- Do you want certain products to be shipped faster? Please contact us via WhatsApp or email. This can be done for an additional cost of âŹ7.55 in shipping costs .
1.2 Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped with PostNL, GLS, Bpost or DPD . We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery services.
1.3 Product stock
Most products are available directly from stock . If a product is not in stock, the expected delivery time is stated with the product on our website. Contact us for current information.
1.4 Pickup options
- Mechelen (Padelclub Pachanga) : Orders can be picked up within 24 hours to 4 days , depending on stock. Contact via WhatsApp to check availability.
- Kampenhout : If in stock, the product can be picked up the same business day . Please contact us to arrange a pick-up time.
2. Cancellation and Returns (Legal provisions)
2.1 Right of withdrawal (for Consumer Buyers)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product without giving any reason.
- The 14-day cancellation period starts from the day the order is physically in your possession.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in writing or by e-mail ( info@padelmq.be ) within this period .
- After this notification you have another 14 days to return the product to PadeLMQ.
2.2 Return conditions
A product is only eligible for return if:
- It is unused and in original condition .
- It is returned in the original packaging , including the plastic wrapping around the handle (if applicable) .
- The product shows no signs of use .
2.3 Costs and refunds
- The costs for the return shipment are at the expense of the customer , unless there is a defect or incorrect delivery.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs of the original shipment are non-refundable.
- If the product is damaged or not in its original condition , PadeLMQ may apply a reduction in value.
2.4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to :
- Personalized or custom made products .
- Used or damaged products .
- Products from which labels, stickers or tags have been removed .
- Printed items (such as textiles with a name or logo) .
Failure to comply with the return conditions may result in an administrative fee of âŹ7.75 being charged.
3. Warranty Policy
At PadeLMQ we attach great importance to quality and customer satisfaction . Should there unexpectedly be a problem with your product, we will use the following warranty procedure.
3.1 Warranty procedure

Submit your warranty request
- Please send clear photos of the defective product via WhatsApp (+32 468 25 86 89) or email ( info@padelmq.be ) .
- Always include your order or purchase order number .
- Provide photos of all sides of the product , focusing on the damage or defect.

Manufacturer's Rating
- We will forward the photos to the manufacturer for further assessment.
- You will receive a response to your request within 5 working days .

Shipping costs and warranty outcome
- The customer will bear the costs of returning the product , unless the warranty is approved.
- If the warranty is approved, PadeLMQ will send a replacement item free of charge .
3.2 Important points of attention
- Paint damage is not covered by the warranty and is considered normal signs of use.
- Damage due to wear and tear, improper use, negligent maintenance or external factors is not covered by the warranty.
- The warranty conditions differ per manufacturer . We do our best to handle every request quickly and correctly.
4. Important Notes
- Our shipping and returns times are for business days only . Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders with different delivery times will be shipped in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
