General Terms and Conditions PadeLMQ
1. Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- "PadeLMQ" : The trade name of the company founded by manager Quirynen Mathias, company number 0798911695, with registered office at Guido Gezellelaan 29, 1910 Kampenhout.
- “Buyer” : Any natural person or legal entity that has or will have a contractual relationship with PadeLMQ.
- “Consumer-Buyer” : Any natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
- “Products” : Goods which are the subject of a contract.
2. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of PadeLMQ, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Additional conditions may apply to certain products or services. In the event of any conflict, the additional conditions prevail over the General Terms and Conditions.
Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing. PadeLMQ focuses exclusively on the Belgian and Dutch market. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these General Conditions.
3. Offers and agreements
- Offers are without obligation and valid while stocks last or within the specified period.
- An agreement is concluded as soon as PadeLMQ sends an order confirmation to the Buyer.
- Obvious errors or mistakes in offers, such as pricing errors, can be corrected by PadeLMQ, even after an agreement has been concluded.
4. Prices
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- Shipping costs will be stated separately during checkout.
- Prices may vary between online purchases and on-site purchases (e.g. in clubs).
- In case of price changes after placing an order, the Buyer has the right to cancel within 10 days.
5. Payment
- Payment can be made via the methods listed on the website.
- In the event of late payment, the Buyer will be in default from the due date and interest of 2% per month will be charged.
- Any (extra)judicial costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
6. Delivery and delivery time
PadeLMQ uses the following delivery times:
- Ordered before 1:00 PM : Shipped today, normally delivered the next business day.
- Ordered before 2pm : Shipped today, usually delivered within 3-5 business days .
- If an order contains products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies. During busy periods (November to the end of January) the delivery time can vary from 1 to 7 working days .
- Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the Buyer. As soon as the product has been delivered, the risk will pass to the Buyer. Different conditions may apply to deliveries abroad.
7. Shipping Policy
- Product stock : Most products are available directly from stock. If a product is not in stock, the expected delivery time is stated on the website.

Pick up options :
- Mechelen (Padelclub Pachanga) : Available after 24 hours to 4 days . Contact to check availability.
- Kampenhout : If in stock, it can be collected the same working day.
- Additional shipping options : If you require a faster shipping option, this is possible for an additional cost of €7.55 in shipping costs .
8. Cancellation and returns (Legal provisions)
8.1 Right of withdrawal (for Consumer Buyers)
Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
- The Buyer must inform PadeLMQ of the revocation within this period in writing or by e-mail ( info@padelmq.be ).
- The Buyer then has another 14 days to return the product.
8.2 Return conditions
- The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging .
- The plastic wrapping around the handle (if applicable) must be intact .
- Return costs are at the expense of the customer , unless there is a defect or incorrect delivery.
8.3 Exceptions to revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom made products.
- Used or damaged products.
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
If the return conditions are not complied with, an administrative fee of €7.75 will be charged.
9. Warranty Policy
PadeLMQ offers a customer-oriented warranty procedure.
9.1 Warranty procedure

Submit photos :
- Send clear photos via WhatsApp (+32 468 25 86 89) or email ( info@padelmq.be ) .
- Always include your order or purchase order number .

Manufacturer's Rating :
- We will forward the photos to the manufacturer for further assessment.
- You will receive a response within 5 working days .

Postage costs :
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item , unless the warranty is approved.
- If the warranty is approved, PadeLMQ will send a replacement item free of charge .
9.2 Important points of attention
- Paint damage is not covered by the warranty and is considered as signs of use.
- Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or external factors is not covered by the warranty.
- Warranty conditions vary per manufacturer.
10. Retention of title
PadeLMQ retains ownership of all delivered products until full payment has been received.
11. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the content of the website and products of PadeLMQ remain the property of PadeLMQ or its suppliers.
12. Applicable law
All offers, agreements and disputes are exclusively subject to Belgian law . Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
