How can you test padel rackets at PADELMQ?

At PADELMQ we offer two possibilities to test padel rackets. Below you will find more information about both options.

On-site testing at PadeLMQ

PadeLMQ has a physical padel shop in padel club Pachanga, located in Mechelen/Muizen, near Planckendael (Lotelingstraat 5B, 2812 Mechelen).

How does it work?

1. Have you found a racket you want to test on our website? Then book a padel court at Padelclub Pachanga via the Playtomic App or this link .

2. In the indoor hall of the club you will find our physical shop with a special test department. Here you can find test rackets on the right side of the shop.

3. The PadeLMQ Shop is a Self-service shop: Scan the QR code at the test rackets. The costs are €10 per person, per test moment. Each player can test a maximum of two rackets at the same time. If multiple people test on the same court, each person pays €10.

4. By scanning the QR code you agree to PadeLMQ's terms and conditions regarding racket testing.

5. Before use, check the racket for any damage and take photos if necessary before the start of the test session.

6. The test session may last a maximum of 2 hours. After the session the racket must be hung back in the shop.

7. In case of damage to the racket, we ask you to take pictures and inform us via WhatsApp (+32 468 258 689). In case of serious damage, such as a crack in the bat face, you must immediately stop the test session and contact PadeLMQ.

8. If a racket is damaged during the test, the rule "break the pot, pay the pot" applies. The costs are the sales price minus 20%. Without reporting damage, this will be checked via cameras.

9. Testing of test rackets is only allowed on the Pachanga premises and the rackets are not allowed to leave the club.

Do you live too far away from Pachanga or are you unable to test on site? No problem! We offer the possibility to have test rackets sent to you.

At PadeLMQ we understand that choosing the right padel racket is an important decision. That is why we offer you the opportunity to test our rackets at home. This way you can find the perfect match that suits your playing style!

How does it work?

Are you interested in this test system? Then contact us via WhatsApp (+32 468 25 86 89) or via email ( info@padelmq.be ) and we will arrange everything!

1. Choose your test package:

   • Testing 1 racket: €25 test costs.

   • Test multiple rackets? No problem! Contact us by mail ( info@padelmq.be ) or WhatsApp (+32 468 25 86 89) to put together your custom test package.

2. Pay the deposit:

   • A deposit of €100 is required for each racket. This will be fully refunded once we have received the rackets in good condition.

3. Dispatch:

   • We will arrange the return shipment. You will receive the rackets with a prepaid return label. This means that you only need to drop off the package at a service point of bpost, PostNL, DHL or GLS.

4. Test at home at your leisure:

   • You have 5 days to try out the rackets.

5. Returns:

   • Repack the rackets and use the provided return label to send the package back. Once we receive the rackets in good condition, your deposit will be refunded.

Terms and Conditions

1. Test period: You have 5 days to test the rackets, starting from the day of receipt.

2. Responsibility: Rackets must be returned in good condition. In case of damage or loss, the deposit will be retained.

3. Returns Process: Returns are easy with the included prepaid return label.

4. Identity check: For your and our safety, we ask for a photo of your identity card when requesting the test system. This will be treated confidentially.

5. Late return: If the racket is kept for more than 5 days, €15 per day per racket will be deducted from the deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if I damage a racket?
In case of damage to the racket, part of the deposit will be retained to cover the costs. We will assess this fairly and transparently.

2. Will I get my testing costs back if I buy a racket?
Yes! If you buy a new racket within 48 hours of returning your racket, you will receive an additional €10 discount on your purchase.

3. How quickly will I get my deposit back?
After receiving and checking the rackets, we will refund the deposit within 5 working days.

4. Can I also pick up and return rackets at the store?
Yes, you can! Visit our store at Padelclub Pachanga in Mechelen/Muizen. If you want to do this, please contact us first via WhatsApp: +32 468 258 689.
