At PadeLMQ we offer a unique and innovative shopping experience for padel lovers. Our physical store is located in the indoor hall of Padelclub Pachanga in Mechelen, where the indoor padel courts are also located. Unique Self-Service System – Without Staff
Our store operates completely without staff , allowing you to shop and test at your own pace. All questions can be asked in advance via our website , email or WhatsApp service . Even if you are on site in the store, you can always reach us by phone for direct support.
Two Parts of the Shop
The store is divided into two main sections:

The Shop : Here you will find our full range of new rackets, clothing, accessories, balls, shoes, and more.

Test Rackets : On the right side of the shop you will find all the test rackets . This is a rare opportunity in Belgium: you can not only view and buy products, but also test rackets directly on the 3 indoor or 5 outdoor padel courts of Pachanga.

How Does Racket Testing Work?
Are you curious about how racket testing works? Below we explain it briefly:

Scan the QR code : In the middle of the test racket display hangs a large QR code. This QR code leads you directly to a Payconiq transfer for an amount of €10 .

Payment : Once payment is completed, you can go to one of Pachanga's 3 indoor padel courts to test the racket.

Reserving a court : You can reserve a padel court in advance via the Playtomic app . Do you only want to try out a racket for a short while? Ask the staff at the bar if you can use an available court for a few minutes.

Free Testing : If you decide to buy the racket after testing, you will get the €10 back from your test session. This way you test your potential racket for free at Padelclub Pachanga .

Self-service purchasing process
Our shop works entirely on a self-service basis. Every product in the shop, such as rackets and accessories, has a unique QR code that you can scan. When you scan this QR code, you will automatically end up in the PadeLMQ webshop , directly at the product you want more information about or that you want to buy.
How do you buy a product in the store?
- Scan the QR code of the product.
- Place the product in your shopping cart and pay as you are used to when purchasing online.
- When choosing shipping options, select: "TAKE YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE FROM THE PADELMQ SHOP IN PACHANGA" .
- After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Then take your new purchase from the shop.
- Go to the bar and show your receipt to the staff to confirm that you have picked up your order.

Test rackets are not for sale and may never leave the club. These rackets are only available for testing on the courts of Padelclub Pachanga .
