Privacy policy

When you order something from PadeLMQ or sign up for one of our newsletters, we receive personal data from you, such as your name, address, email, telephone number and possibly a number of other data. According to the privacy legislation that is in force as of 25-05-2018, we must indicate on what grounds we collect this data and what we subsequently use it for. Only the person(s) who work for PadeLMQ have access to the personal data, for example to send your order, access to your personal data is required. By applying separation of functions, we try to keep as much control as possible on the various processes that are followed. In addition, all your data is well secured with us. Passwords are encrypted and therefore not visible. Any test environments of our systems do not contain any personal data.

We have a number of partners with whom we collaborate. For example, we send our packages via PostNL, Bpost and DPD and the payment or refund of your order is processed by Mollie.

In order to offer you the best shopping experience, we use cookies and your IP address. With this information, we receive information about your (purchase) behavior on our website and recognize you during a possible follow-up visit. There are various situations in which we can explain the importance of saving to you. We can also often help you with product-related questions based on your order history. In addition, we use your order history to make our websites user-friendly and in our communication via newsletters and social media. It is very convenient if you have a website that is adapted to your personal preferences.

We do not store your data indefinitely. We store information about our customers for a number of years. Every year we review which data we are 'allowed' to store and therefore delete data that we no longer need. Of course, we also delete all your data when you request this. After all, you remain the owner of your personal data.
