How does payment by bank transfer work?
When choosing bank transfer you will receive our bank details on the screen and by email. Follow the steps below:
- Please transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account, stating your order number .
- Please contact us via WhatsApp , email or the chat function on the website to send us your proof of payment.
- As soon as we receive your proof of payment, we will immediately process your order. So you do not have to wait until the payment is visible on our account.
Important: The manual transfer can take a few working days, depending on your bank. By sending your proof of payment, we ensure that your order is processed immediately.
